Acceptable use policy

1. INTRODUCTION

The KissBank Limited (“KBL”) Service (the “Service”) is designed to be used in a certain way.  This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access our website (www.kissbank.com) (“our Website”). By accepting this Policy, which supplements KBL’s Terms and Conditions of Website use, you accept and are bound by this Policy. This applies to registered KBL account holders (“Account Holders”) and all visitors to our Website.

www.kissbank.com is a site operated by KissBank Limited (“we” or “us”).  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07499717 and we have our registered office at 3 Ludgate Square, Suite 21, London EC4M 7AS.

We do not actively monitor and/or approve Account Holders’ activity within our Website, and we accept no responsibility for the conduct of any individual. This Policy is intended to make our Service as safe as possible. We want every Account Holder’s experience to be enjoyable. We therefore rely on our users to notify us of any unacceptable behaviour with respect to this Policy.

These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to our Website (“Contributions”).

g. Be threatening, abusive or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
h. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy another person or stalk or harass any person or engage in predatory conduct.
i. Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
j. Infringe any copyright, database right, trademark or any other intellectual property right of any person.  You must only upload, post and/or make available any Content that you personally own.
k. Be likely to deceive any person.
l. Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
m. Give the impression that any Contribution emanate from us, if this is not the case.
n. Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

4. YOUR GENERAL CONDUCT

a. At all times your behaviour must be polite and appropriate.
b. Only register for one Account.
c. Never use somebody else’s Account.
d. Use our Website for any advertising which is not directly authorised by KBL.
e. You must not re-submit Content identical or highly similar to Content that you have previously submitted.
f. You must exercise caution when reading, reviewing or relying on any information on our Website.
g. Do not make available/share in any way any information that includes personal /private information about other Account Holders or persons save as specifically endorsed within our Terms and Conditions.
h. You must not for any commercial or unlawful purpose solicit the passwords of or any information about any other Account Holders.
i. You must not disrupt the regular flow of dialogue or cause the screen to scroll too fast for other Account Holders.
j. You must not attempt to circumvent any security or other filters we operate in connection with our Website, or otherwise act in a manner that could impair the functionality of our Service or Website or negatively affect other users’ ability to communicate using our Service.
k. You must not under any circumstance attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Service, any database/computer/server connected with our Website, or the server on which our Website is housed.
l. You must not interfere at any time with material belonging to KBL.

5. ALERTING US

If at any time you come across anything that breaches this Policy, you should  contact us immediately either through the ‘Report Abuse’ facility or the ‘Contact Us’ section of our Website. We ask you not to misuse the Report Abuse function.

6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Policy through your use of our Website.  Where a breach of this Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions upon which you are permitted to use our Website, and may result in our taking of any or all of the following actions:

· Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Website.
· Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Website.
